—Jr-Talent Acquisition Specialist /Jr-Recruiter is one who is responsible for half life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing
—Sourcing of candidates through various job portals, social media channels like LinkedIn, google, Facebook, Instagram
—Should be good in communication over the call
—Screening the candidates’ as per the Job description/Assessment parameter and creating panel for interview with in the timeline
—Interview line-ups, follow ups with candidates
—Preparing daily candidate database in Recruitment Management Software
—Good Relationship Manager- Pre & Post joining follow ups
—Any Bachelors/ Master degree
—Should have in-depth knowledge of Technical and Non-Technical positions.
—Internship experience in recruitment Preferable
—Good communication skills and attitude for new learning and research oriented approach to explore and grow.
—Proficient in MS Office (Excel, MS Word, Outlook), Google Drive and working internet knowledge.
—Fixed Salary + Lucrative Monthly Incentives + Quarterly
