As Talent Acquisition Trainee in the P&O team for Sandoz Iberia, you'll have a direct impact in providing the company with the best talent!

If you are currently enrolled in a Master in HR, Business or equivalent, this is a great opportunity to combine your learnings from the classroom with real-world experience, having a direct contribution to the business and allowing Sandoz to pioneer access for patients!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Direct involvement in the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Publishing job offers.
  • CV screening.
  • Telephone & online screenings.
  • Support in interviews.
  • Act as back up for TA Partners when needed.
  • Support in managing Global mobility onboarding processes.
  • Support in various activities in the P&O area.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • University education related to Human Resources like psychology, labor relations, business administration or similar.
  • Currently studying a master's degree related to HR will be positively valued.
  • MUST HAVE: Possibility of generating an internship agreement (12 months) with your university or school.
  • Native / C2 Spanish mandatory. Fluent English C1 - C2 is a must.
  • Use of Office 365 Suite office tools (Excel and Power Point).
  • Workday knowledge desirable
  • We are looking for a person with a high capacity for learning, planning and autonomy.

What you'll receive:

  • Internship Duration: 12 months.
  • Competitive Retribution and Social Benefits.
  • Place of Work: Madrid
  • Flexible Schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00, on Fridays from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30.
  • Summer Schedule during the months of July and August (from Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30)
