Schedule: Monday to Friday (Compressed Work Schedule)

(7AM - 6PM every Monday; 7AM - 5:30 PM from Tuesday to Friday)

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor leads and oversees end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates for both white-collar and support roles. This role is responsible for driving recruitment strategies, optimizing hiring processes, and guiding the recruitment team to meet organizational talent needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Strong background in hiring for white-collar and support positions
  • Exposure to the warehousing or logistics industry is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Willing to travel if needed.
  • Can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding
  • Lead sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for both professional (white-collar) and support roles
  • Screen, assess, and endorse candidates in alignment with role requirements and organizational standards
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfillment of roles
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and implement process improvements
  • Provide coaching and guidance to recruitment team members to enhance performance and capability
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Maintain and strengthen talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices
