Salary: R35 000 – R45 000 (max)
We are looking for a qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist _ This is a pure recruitment role — \uD83D\uDEAB Please Note: This role is strictly for recruitment specialists_ HR Generalists will NOT be considered.
Minimum Requirements:
3–5 years’ recruitment experience
Must be a qualified Psychometrist
Must be registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
Strong focus on talent sourcing, assessment, and hiring processes
Ideal Candidate:
Highly structured and organised
Energetic and proactive
Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition
Able to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Role Details:
Location: In-office (Monday to Friday)
Working hours: 07h30 – 16h00
Salary: R35 000 – R45 000 (max)
