WSP Italia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4/5 years of relevant experience to join our team on a full-time basis in Turin, Italy. The successful candidate will become part of our dynamic and diverse organisation, working closely with our Central European team to lead and drive recruitment efforts primarily for Italy, with additional support for recruitment activities in Hungary and Turkey. You will be joining a wider recruitment team across Central Europe with a UK management support.

REQUIREMENTS WE REQUIRE:
You have an extensive experience in recruitment at a corporate organisation or at an agency.
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong stakeholder management skills within complex, international matrix organisations
Demonstrated end‑to‑end recruitment expertise
Data‑driven, solution‑oriented, and comfortable working independently
Knowledge of CRM system, current system in Teamtailor, moving to Oracle base system
International experience is a strong plus, also able to work across borders
You have knowledge and experience with LinkedIn (RS) and setting up labor market communication, knowledge of the CRM package Teamtailor is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English

Phone interview: We will start with a phone interview to get to know you better and discuss your experience.
Interview with the TA Manager: You will meet with a department manager to assess your technical skills.
Interview with In-country management.
