About the Role



We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team and help us build the next chapter of Grain.

You'll partner closely with hiring managers and collaborate with an experienced recruiter to attract exceptional talent across technical and business functions. Together, you'll own the end-to-end hiring process, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and help shape the teams that drive Grain's success.

This is a 6-month temporary position with the potential for extension, depending on business needs.


What You'll Do



  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Recruit for a variety of technical and business roles, including R&D, Product, GTM, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and guide them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Grain's culture and values.
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring decisions, optimize recruitment processes, and strengthen our employer brand.


What We're Looking For



  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience recruiting for both technical and business roles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms (Comeet is a plus).
  • Data-oriented mindset, with the ability to use recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for creating efficient, scalable hiring processes.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
