We are looking for a dynamic and structured Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the organisation’s workforce needs, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (from job briefing to offer stage)
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
2. Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Provide guidance on job specifications, market trends, and salary benchmarks
Ensure alignment between business requirements and candidate profiles
3. Screening & Selection
Review CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person)
Administer and interpret assessments (e.g. psychometric assessments where applicable)
4. Employer Branding
Promote the company as an employer of choice
Manage job postings on platforms like LinkedIn and career portals
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
5. Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS systems
Compile recruitment reports (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
