Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to ensure the perfect “fit” with the agency’s long-term goals. This role manages the full-cycle recruiting process utilizing ATS and HRIS systems to track candidates and streamline hiring while creating and monitoring key metrics and indicators of success to continually improve recruitment strategies and outcomes, all in alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and culture.
Requirements
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in Human Resources Management, or Business Administration, or related field. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Physical requirements include extended periods of time sitting or standing, ability to lift 50 lbs., ability to stoop, bend, and perform other actions commonly associated with administrative functions described above.
