About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across a variety of functions, including engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and corporate services. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers while helping attract and hire high-quality talent that supports our business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3β6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Experience recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Oil & Gas or Corporate functions is highly preferred.
- Experience hiring both professional and frontline/blue-collar employees is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
