Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify, map and target potential clients within the Insurance / Insurance Broking industry for the given job profile.
- Sourcing and Validating profiles through LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
- Leverage recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SI tools and internal databases.
- Understand the business needs of the clients and provide tailored recruitment solutions along with other value added services.
- Coordinating with the potential candidates at different stages of their respective application procedure and keeping a strong follow up with them.
- Assess candidates’ knowledge of insurance broking, client management, and compliance.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities within the given sector.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- Preferably 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet deadlines.
