Position Name : Talent Acquisition Specialist - Insurance

 Location: Kolkata / Remote

Roles & Responsibilities :

  •  Identify, map and target potential clients within the Insurance / Insurance Broking  industry for the given job profile.
  • Sourcing and Validating profiles through LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
  • Leverage recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SI tools and internal databases.
  • Understand the business needs of the clients and provide tailored recruitment solutions along with other value added services.
  • Coordinating with the potential candidates at different stages of their respective application procedure and keeping a strong follow up with them.
  • Assess candidates’ knowledge of insurance broking, client management, and compliance.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities within the given sector.

 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet deadlines.
