Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Proactively source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, career fairs, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain an active talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Assessment & Selection

  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, culture fit, and potential.
  • Manage end-to-end interview processes, ensuring timely feedback and seamless candidate communication.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements, success profiles, and workforce plans.
  • Provide guidance on hiring best practices, market insights, and compensation benchmarks.

Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding

  • Design and execute recruitment campaigns that align with SeamlessHR’s goals and employer value proposition.
  • Champion the SeamlessHR brand by delivering a consistent, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience.

Recruitment Operations & Analytics

  • Utilize and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track applications, update pipelines, and generate reports.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and recommend process improvements.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new hires.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.


  • 5-8 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven capacity to adapt to changes, pivot quickly, and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Comfort and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related technologies.
  • Ability to leverage technology for efficient HR processes and data-driven decision-making.
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends and innovations in HR practices.
