The Role 💼

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international team based in Madrid. You will support end-to-end recruitment for strategic and technical roles across Europe, helping us attract top talent to drive our growth and innovation.

As part of the Group Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with hiring managers and HR teams from different countries, contributing to global talent initiatives while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience and recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities 📅

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Source candidates for complex, specialized roles in IT, R&D, Cybersecurity, and other technology-driven areas.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent initiatives on a global scale.
  • Use data and technology to optimize recruitment practices and support decision-making.
  • Stay current on talent market trends, especially within the technology sector.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international or complex organizational setting.
  • High level of English proficiency (C1–C2); other European languages are a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate diverse, senior-level conversations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Skills Considered a Plus

  • Experience with HR platforms such as Workday or Phenom.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence in data reporting.
  • Experience recruiting for strategic or corporate-level positions in international and matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with recruitment in technology-intensive or innovation-driven environments.
