Introduction

Join our high-achieving and energetic team based in South Africa, driving success and growth in the Asia-Pacific region. You'll be responsible for identifying and recruiting top commercial sales professionals in Indonesia and the Philippines.

Duties & Responsibilities

•       Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, engage and hire top talent by utilizing various channels (job boards, headhunting, social media, networking), externally and internally, to fill key roles within the organisation.

•       Job Posting, Screening and Shortlisting: Advertise positions to attract top talent; review applications; conduct initial screenings; and shortlist suitable candidates for interviews.

•       Interview Facilitation: Organize and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.

•       Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs and support business objectives.

•       Candidate Communication: Foster a positive candidate experience via clear, timely and regular communication, while promoting the company culture and values throughout the recruitment process.

•       Reporting: Accurately track and report on recruitment activities thereby contributing to trend analytics.

•       Process Improvement: Continuously drive innovative talent acquisition strategies and processes aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.

•       Compliance and Confidentiality: Uphold recruitment best practises and company policies, while ensuring confidentiality in handling talent discussions.

•       Adhoc Tasks on an as-required basis.


Desired Experience & Qualification

•       Grade 12 Senior Certificate.

•       University Degree preferred.

•       2 years’ experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency.

•       MS Office proficient (Word, Excel, Teams).

•       Familiarity with Application Tracking Systems and/or similar technology.

•       Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and retain positive business relations.

•       Positive attitude, team-player mentality and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

•       Must embrace and display Karooooo /Cartrack’s values, which include customer service

•       Experience recruiting across the APAC region or similar is highly desirable

•       Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and time zones

•       Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
