Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in an agency or staffing environment
Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
Excellent candidate management and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple roles, clients, and priorities simultaneously
Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Experience working closely with Sales, Business Development, or Commercial teams preferred
