The ideal candidate is one who has experience with full-cycle recruitment and utilizing recruitment strategies. Talent Acquisition Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment for Exempt and Non-Exempt staff.
- Use of a variety of search methods (i.e. Search firms, internal referrals, online research)
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings with candidates where appropriate.
- Review applicant submissions through the ATS process.
- Schedule interviews, gather feedback and report on metrics.
- Assist with offer approval process working with the Head of HR on terms.
- Prepare regular status updates and report to the Head of HR findings.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience recruiting for attorney profiles required
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience within a recruitment role required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
