About The Role
We're looking for our first in-house Recruiter to build the talent engine that powers our next stage of growth.
As Order.co scales, you'll play a critical role in helping us attract, assess, and hire the people who will shape our product, serve our customers, and accelerate our business. You'll own full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market, and operational functions, partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver great hiring outcomes.
This isn't a coordinator role, and it isn't about managing requisitions. You'll be a strategic partner and hands-on operator: sourcing hard-to-find talent, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, using data to drive decisions, and building the recruiting processes that help us scale efficiently.
You'll join the People team, reporting to the VP of People, and work closely with leaders across Engineering, Sales, Customer Growth, and Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse and evolving portfolio of roles spanning Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations teams
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business goals, define hiring needs, and align on what great talent looks like for each role
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that build high-quality candidate pipelines, particularly for searches where inbound volume alone isn't sufficient
- Proactively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, referrals, industry communities, networking, and other creative sourcing channels
- Design and manage structured interview processes that improve hiring quality, create consistency, and enable efficient decision-making
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance, ensuring every interaction reflects the Order.co brand
- Leverage Rippling ATS and AI-powered recruiting tools to efficiently manage inbound volume, maintain accurate pipeline data, and improve recruiter productivity
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards that provide visibility into funnel health, hiring velocity, forecasted hires, and key recruiting metrics
- Partner with the People team to strengthen our employer brand across channels including LinkedIn, Built In, Glassdoor, and other talent communities
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external search partners for executive and specialized searches when needed
- Continuously evaluate recruiting processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and build scalable playbooks that make hiring faster, more effective, and more consistent as we grow
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping leaders make informed, data-driven hiring decisions
What You Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across both agency and in-house environments
- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, data, infrastructure, security, or related functions
- Experience recruiting for Go-to-Market roles such as Account Executives, SDRs, Customer Success, Marketing, or Revenue Operations is a strong plus
- Strong sourcing skills and a track record of building pipelines proactively rather than relying solely on inbound applicants
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms such as Rippling (our ATS!), Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics to identify challenges, influence decisions, and improve outcomes
- Genuine curiosity about the business and a desire to understand how hiring decisions contribute to company growth and customer success
What You’ll Receive
- A competitive compensation package including equity
- Employer-sponsored 401(k) with match
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Flexible time off and hybrid work environment
- Opportunity to build and scale a critical function at a high-growth fintech company
- The anticipated annual salary range for this role is $115,000-$135,000. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
