Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global organisation on a temporary contract to support a large-scale business restructure and recruitment project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to fill critical vacancies.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Build talent pipelines and provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Support recruitment activities during a period of organisational change.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Corporate recruitment experience essential.
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Contract Details:

  • 2–3 month temporary contract.
  • Hybrid working model.
  • Cape Town based.
