We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in growing our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top technical and non-technical talent, while also supporting HR operations and administrative tasks that ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions aligned with business needs and goals.
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities, including screening calls, interview scheduling, and supporting technical interview processes.
  • Manage and monitor the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support HR operations by handling general administrative tasks requested by the team and management
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with demonstrated success in hiring for diverse roles.
  • Ability to recruit across both technical and non-technical functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employment regulations in [insert country/region].
    Prior experience in an IT or technology-focused organization.
  • English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Good communicative skills, being able to explain complicated things in simple words.
  • Being eager to learn new technologies (including area-specific).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attentiveness, hard-working and goal-oriented mindset (to have the tasks done), and opportunity to work both in the team and independently.
  • Be prepared to explore further and gain a comprehensive understanding of the product, ready to delve deeply into its functionality, because it is closely connected to how things work.
