Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist

What you'll be doing

• Build relationships with high schools to identify top-performing learners in mathematics, science and technical subjects.
• Engage with universities, engineering faculties and career development teams to identify promising students and graduates.
• Attend and coordinate career fairs, campus visits and recruitment events.
• Connect with MBA programmes and business schools to identify individuals with strong leadership potential.
• Identify high-performing students from other African countries studying at South African universities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions, professional networks and key stakeholders.
• Develop sustainable talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Manage candidate screening, recruitment planning, reporting and coordination from the Fochville office.

What you'll need

• Experience in talent acquisition, graduate recruitment, campus engagement or proactive candidate sourcing.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills in both English and Afrikaans.
• Confidence engaging with educational institutions, senior stakeholders and industry professionals.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly and engage with people face-to-face.
• Ability to balance external sourcing activities with a consistent office presence.
