Contract to hire: Talent Acquisition recruiter
Our NYC client is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across our there portfolio. This role will focus on attracting top talent across brokerage, property management, development, construction, corporate, and executive functions.
The ideal candidate understands the real estate market, excels at sourcing high-performing revenue-generating professionals, and can partner closely with leadership to support business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment for roles including:
Brokers / Agents
Property Managers
Leasing Professionals
Asset Managers
Development & Construction roles
Corporate functions (Finance, Marketing, Legal, Operations)
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for revenue-producing and licensed professionals
Build strong pipelines for talent
Manage offer negotiations, including commission-based and incentive compensation structures
Track and analyze recruiting metrics
Ensure compliance with state real estate licensing requirements and employment regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in real estate, property management, construction, or development
Experience hiring commission-based and licensed professionals
Strong knowledge of real estate compensation models (commission, draw, bonus structures)
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
