Saltire Infrastructure is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner!
You will play a key role in shaping our teams across all Saltire entities. Networking, attracting, sourcing, and securing top talent to supporting Saltire in providing innovative technology solutions and delivering vital water infrastructure projects across Western Australia. This is a newly introduced position within our business, initially offered on a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent. The role will be based at our O’Connor office and will require working Monday to Friday.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Partner manages end-to-end recruitment across the Saltire Group reporting through to the Human Resources Manager. You will oversee recruitment for various roles, including technical, field-based, corporate, and leadership positions, ensuring Saltire attracts and retains top talent to drive company growth. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will implement effective recruitment strategies, all while upholding the company’s culture and values.
