  About the Role:

In the Talent Acquisition Partner role your goal will be to bring future business leaders and talented individuals into interesting positions for Egypt

You will be a business contact and partner for our Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across all business sectors and functions in order to fill our vacancies with the right candidate. You will become an active part talent strategy, participate in our talent reviews and create effective pipelining. You will drive the requisition process in our ATS, write intriguing job advertisements, interview the best candidates, train our Hiring Managers in our talent strategy and guide them through our process. On the basis of your market expertise and analyses, you will be able to give advice and influence business decisions.

What You will do:


-  Partner with our Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across all business sectors and functions in order to fill our vacancies with the right candidate.
- Provide direct support, to source, screen, select, and finalize hiring of highly qualified calibers for employment to ensure maintenance of the regional internal pipeline.
- Oversee and manage internal and external position postings, review and communicate employment offers by HRBPs according to current salary scale.
- Oversee and approve internal Job posting announcement criteria in addition to overseeing the process of handling and fulfilling internal transfer requests.
- Strategize, communicate, and educate stakeholders on recruitment resources, systems, and procedures to optimize talent acquisition processes.
- Maintain and curate talent profiles for both external hiring and internal succession planning, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events to highlight the organization's culture and opportunities, fostering candidate interest and engagement.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes, including conducting interviews, administering assessments, and consolidating key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of managing recruitment processes.

- Experience in managing recruitment for a specific service line or business unit is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and market trends.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Ability to handle complex and high-level recruitment tasks efficiently
- Proven track record of driving processes forward and an insatiable desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Proficient level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components, including, but not limited to sourcing, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, salary trends, relationship management
- Excellent project management skills, including effective time management, an ability to work independently, skill at setting priorities and reliability at meeting deadlines
- Ability to anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure
- International mindset coming from working with various cultures and levels
- Business English knowledge
