The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in supporting Quantanite’s high-volume and early-career hiring needs, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver a consistent, data-led, and candidate-centric recruitment experience.

This role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment delivery while increasingly working within AI-enabled and automated hiring processes. As systems handle more screening and workflow, the Talent Acquisition Partner is expected to apply sound judgement around candidate fit, behaviour, and alignment to Quantanite’s values and culture.

The role reports into the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner (Early Careers & Volume Hiring) and is an internal-facing position supporting BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities

Core Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, volume needs, hiring timelines, and team culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval through to offer management and handover to onboarding.
  • Screen and assess candidates using CV reviews, application forms, and structured interviews, applying sound judgement around capability, attitude, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, provide clear recommendations, and support hiring managers in making informed selection decisions.
     

Sourcing & Attraction

  • Advertise roles across approved job boards, social media platforms, and internal referral channels.
  • Proactively source candidates through CV databases, referrals, and targeted outreach to build and maintain active pipelines.
  • Support early-career and volume hiring campaigns aligned to operational demand, ramp plans, and client requirements.
     

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, including interview feedback, next steps, and outcome management.
  • Represent Quantanite’s values and employer brand in all candidate interactions, contributing to a positive and people-first reputation.


Systems, Data & Process

  • Accurately manage candidate information, requisitions, and hiring stages within BambooHR and related recruitment systems.
  • Track recruitment activity and support reporting on key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and hiring volumes.
  • Engage with and adapt to evolving recruitment tools, automation, and AI-supported workflows as these are introduced into the hiring process.


Compliance & Best Practice

  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with labour legislation, internal policies, and ethical hiring standards.
  • Follow agreed recruitment processes and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices.
  • Stay informed on recruitment trends and labour market conditions to support effective hiring decisions.
  • Own and execute end-to-end pre-employment background verification checks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely clearance in line with internal governance, client requirements, and labour legislation.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within a BPO, shared services, or fast-paced operational environment.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
  • Comfortable working with ATS platforms, recruitment systems, and data.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
     

Preferred

  • Experience hiring for volume or early-career roles.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled recruitment tools or automated screening processes.
  • High emotional intelligence and a strong eye for cultural and behavioural fit.
