Who are we looking for?

We are looking for the Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent for Prudential Myanmar. This role is key to building a high-performing workforce that supports our business goals and enhances our employer brand in the region.

What we expect from this role?

1. Strategic Recruitment & Employee Onboarding

  • Assisting in developing recruitment strategy for Myanmar.
  • Implement effective end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with Prudential’s growth plans and workforce needs in Myanmar.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs, define job requirements, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to source high-quality candidates through diverse channels including direct sourcing, agencies, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Drive a seamless and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment lifecycle—from attraction to onboarding.

2. Employer Branding:

  • Champion Prudential’s employer brand through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives to position us as an employer of choice in the region.

3. Operational Excellence:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring performance, inform decisions, and continuously improve talent acquisition practices.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labor laws and Prudential’s global policies and standards.
  • Provide assistant and support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

Who is the right fit for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within multinational companies or the insurance/financial services sector.
  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple markets or regions is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, proactively source, and assess candidates effectively.
  • Creative approach to developing innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment data to drive insights.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Myanmar local labor market and sourcing trends.
