Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our London-based HR & People team and play a crucial role in shaping our future by attracting and recruiting top talent. As the champion for all things recruitment, you will act as the face of our company from a candidate's very first interaction through to successful onboarding and beyond.


You will hone our recruitment centre of excellence, ensuring we continually build our talented, diverse workforce to support business outcomes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building an inclusive workplace that aligns with our core values while driving strategic hiring initiatives across all business functions.


Job Role & Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Own and execute comprehensive hiring for all business roles across the company, from sourcing through onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and executive leaders to understand business needs and deliver strategic recruitment advice
  • Develop in-depth understanding of different business areas, aligning talent acquisition with our professional competency framework
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process including role inception, budget approval, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and contract management


Talent Sourcing & Engagement

  • Source and engage passive talent using various channels including professional networks, job boards, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles, keeping connected to the best talent in the market
  • Develop innovative and engaging outreach strategies to promote our employer brand


Process Excellence & Stakeholder Management

  • Coach hiring managers to become confident, rigorous interviewers through training and ongoing support
  • Lead optimisation of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with related guidance
  • Ensure top-tier candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance


Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Maintain accurate hiring data for regular reporting and use insights to propose data-backed improvements
  • Leverage recruitment analytics to monitor key hiring metrics and continuously enhance processes


Compliance & Global Mobility

  • Ensure recruitment and onboarding adheres to local legislation across all our geographies
  • Stay current on recruitment and HR compliance legislation, briefing the team on key changes
  • Own visa management and global mobility processes
  • Prepare clear, compliant employment contracts that reflect company values


Strategic Partnership & Development

  • Deliver related training including on recruitment skills
  • Support internal projects that enhance the overall people experience
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and advocate for fair, equitable recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on ad hoc projects and talent development initiatives


Essential Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 3+ years demonstrable experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in Professional Services, Financial Services, or similar sectors
  • Proven track record of hiring A-players across all levels, from graduate roles to Director positions
  • Experience with both direct hiring and agency management
  • Strong background in business hiring, including into Operations, Compliance, Strategy, Finance and People functions

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of UK recruitment legislation and best practice
  • Solid understanding of human resources practices and principles
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms including LinkedIn, ATS systems, and MS Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment analytics platforms
