About the Role:

As our Talent Acquisition Officer, you’ll be the go-to person for recruitment campaigns and candidate engagement. You’ll manage job ads, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding. Alongside recruitment, you’ll support HR administration and contribute to process improvements that enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment – Write and post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage offers.
  • Candidate Engagement – Build strong relationships with applicants, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Onboarding Support – Coordinate new starter processes and ensure a seamless transition into the business.
  • Collaboration – Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Reporting & Metrics – Track recruitment activity, provide insights, and support HR dashboards.
  • Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment and onboarding workflows.
  • HR Support – Assist with employee records, compliance, and general HR administration.

What we’re looking for:

  • Recruitment Experience – Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR administration.
  • Tech Savvy – Confident using HRIS, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong Communicator – Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
