As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things recruitment. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience. You’ll be hands on but will have a supporting resource and will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and embedding inclusive hiring practices.
