Join Our Global Recruitment Team as an International Talent Acquisition Freelancer (Remote Asia Focus)

We're expanding our recruitment teams and seeking dedicated freelancers to manage the end-to-end hiring process for diverse roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs.
- Advertise job openings on various international platforms.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media, professional networks).
- Screen candidates to ensure they meet required qualifications.
- Organize and conduct initial interviews.
- Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates.
- Track candidates throughout the hiring process until placement with the client.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
- Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives).
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Experience recruiting for the Asian market.
- Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons).
- Proficiency in English and other Asian languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Thai, etc.).
