Talent Acquisition

Oasis Group Holdings is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Executive Search Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

This is a specialist role for a talented recruitment professional who understands that exceptional organisations are built by exceptional people. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting and delivering high-quality talent across the organisation, with a particular focus on executive search, specialist recruitment and graduate talent acquisition within the financial services environment.

  • Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted sourcing methodologies.
  • Build strong relationships with professionals within relevant talent markets.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify exceptional candidates.
  • Utilise LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, professional networks and digital platforms to uncover talent.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.

Candidate Assessment & Quality Assurance

  • Assess candidates against approved job requirements and competency profiles.
  • Conduct structured screening interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles and recommendations for management.
  • Ensure that only suitably qualified and aligned candidates progress through the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate psychometric assessments and use assessment insights to support quality hiring decisions.

Graduate Recruitment & Early Career Talent

  • Drive graduate talent attraction initiatives.
  • Identify and engage high-potential graduates.
  • Manage graduate recruitment processes, assessments and selection activities.

Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain a network of exceptional professionals and emerging talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment intelligence.
  • Proactively identify future talent opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with candidates long before vacancies arise.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology or related field.
  • Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology / Organisational Psychology will be advantageous.

Experience:

  • 3–6 years post-qualification experience in talent acquisition, executive search, specialist recruitment or related field.
  • Proven experience in proactive sourcing and headhunting.
  • Experience recruiting professional, specialist or scarce skills roles.
  • Experience within financial services, professional services or a similar environment will be advantageous.
  • Experience in graduate recruitment, university engagement or early-career talent programmes.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn and digital sourcing methodologies.

Advantageous:

  • Exposure to psychometric assessments and candidate profiling.
  • Experience working with SHL, Thomas International or similar assessment tools.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for identifying exceptional talent.
  • Enjoys the challenge of finding candidates who are not actively looking.
  • Has strong networking and relationship-building capability.
  • Understands quality recruitment is about finding the right person, not the largest number of applicants.
  • Can confidently engage professionals and build credibility in the market.
  • Has strong judgement when assessing candidate suitability.
  • Is driven, curious and commercially minded.

Why Join Oasis Group Holdings?

  • Be part of a fast-growing and ambitious organisation.
  • Work in a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Play a strategic role in attracting exceptional talent that drives business success.
  • Opportunities for professional development.
