About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment. The role involves managing both Campus Hiring and Lateral Hiring initiatives to support the organization’s talent needs. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple open positions while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Campus and Lateral Hiring
Coordinate with colleges and institutes for campus drives and fresher hiring
Plan and execute campus engagement activities such as job fairs and placement drives
Source experienced candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri.com, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and onboarding coordination
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases
Build and maintain talent pipelines for both freshers and experienced professionals
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and external partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Hands-on experience in Campus Hiring and/or Lateral Hiring
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking systems
Good understanding of sourcing strategies and screening techniques
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, or Tech role
