Oversee the entire hiring process, including sourcing candidates through headhunting and job postings, reviewing resumes to identify suitable profiles, conducting phone and in-person interviews, performing reference checks, and reporting outcomes promptly. Administer offer letters and negotiate salaries as needed.
Facilitate the induction and onboarding process for new employees.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements, select effective recruitment methods, identify the best-fit candidates, coordinate interviews, and gather qualitative feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and generate regular reports on recruitment activities.
Build talent pools and proactively develop candidate pipelines to meet both ongoing and ad hoc hiring needs.
Research and implement best practices in recruitment processes, introducing improvements where necessary.
Ensure a professional and positive experience for candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Assist in identifying employee training needs and creating development plans.
Conduct exit interviews and perform quarterly analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) and establish performance development plans accordingly.
Create and regularly update job descriptions to reflect current roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist or, preferably with a focus on technical recruitment.
Practical knowledge of various selection processes, including phone interviews and reference checks.
Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Wuzzuf.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in using MS Office applications.
Possession of an HR certificate or diploma is an added advantage.
Exceptional communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
