Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Are you interested in a role that provides effective support to the Talent Acquisition functions? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator to join our team! In this position, you will operate within a dynamic and diverse team environment and manage a broad range of daily activities which contribute to the delivery of exceptional recruitment support to our clients. Support is provided primarily to the Talent Acquisition functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Coordination

• Set up new jobs in the ATS and manage all internal and external job postings.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate data, ensuring high standards of data integrity.

Candidate Communication & Process Management

• Assist in managing candidate correspondence, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication.
• Manage the full interview process including rejecting candidates, ensuring prompt feedback from Hiring Managers and Recruiters, and scheduling interviews including all travel logistics and contacting non-responsive candidates.
• Conduct reference checks as requested by Recruiters or Hiring Managers.
• Request background checks and drug screens and track progress.
• Close jobs in the ATS and notify all candidates once a position has been filled.

Onboarding Coordination

• Coordinate with HR, Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Send first-day reminders and instructions to both managers and new hires.

Event & Administrative Support

• Assist with career fairs and hiring events, maintain recruiting swag inventory, and ensure all materials are prepared and shipped.
• Provide ad hoc support to Talent Acquisition and HR team members including reporting, data tracking, document uploads, and spreadsheets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly effective customer service skills, including appropriate telephone and email etiquette, diplomacy, and urgency.
• Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to routine customer service issues and make sound decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and independence.

• Hourly rate of  $22.60 - $30.00/hr, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
