Duties & Responsibilities
What you need:
A relevant HR/Industrial Psychology/Business degree.
3–5 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in engineering, IT/OT, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong ATS, digital sourcing, and recruitment analytics skills.
Solid understanding of SA labour legislation and EE requirements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and advisory capability.
