Your role will be to build rapport, qualify candidates, and guide them through the next steps in their journey to a better future.

Who We’re Looking For

• Confident communicator – comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships.
• Sales, recruitment, HR, or outbound call centre experience – you know how to close deals and qualify candidates.  You have a can-do attitude, love getting results, and helping others.
• Target-driven & self-motivated – ability to work independently and stay focused.
• Comfortable with technology – basic skills in emails, G-Suite, and CRM tools.
  Independent contractor – you’ll be responsible for your own tax and require to invoice us monthly.
• Available to work a minimum 6-8 hours per day. The more hours you put in the higher earning potential.
• Able to speak, read and write Afrikaans and English.
• Has a phone with airtime, data and whatsapp or wifi to make and receive calls.
