Key Responsibilities
Operational
- Analyse recruitment and early-life attrition data (0-3 months) to identify trends, provide evidence-based recommendations for continual process improvement, and optimise recruitment specifications, assessment thresholds, and selection criteria to improve quality of hire, retention, and campaign performance.
- Manage recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Monitor recruitment activity and identify process exceptions or risks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
Governance & Quality
- Independently review candidate assessments, interview feedback, and hiring decisions to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Ensure recruitment processes are followed consistently and in line with company policies.
- Maintain audit trails and recruitment evidence repositories.
- Produce weekly compliance and exception reports to drive accountability and process improvement.
- Support recruitment audits and compliance reviews.
Business Impact
- Improve quality of hire through robust recruitment controls.
- Reduce recruitment errors, onboarding issues, and early attrition.
- Increase stakeholder and client confidence through transparent and compliant hiring practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment governance and process efficiency.
Professional Know-How:
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Essential
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Recruitment Compliance.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting.
- Proven experience managing recruitment processes, governance, or quality assurance activities.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and hiring controls.
- Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment is advantageous.
