What You'll Be Doing
As part of our specialist delivery team, you'll:
✔ Source and headhunt niche engineering professionals across the US and Europe.
✔ Build relationships with passive candidates who aren't actively looking for work.
✔ Conduct candidate qualification interviews to understand technical skills, motivations and career goals.
✔ Research competitors, talent pools and emerging technologies.
✔ Build talent pipelines for some of the world's most innovative engineering businesses.
✔ Prepare candidate profiles and support Recruitment Consultants through the hiring process.
✔ Coordinate interviews across multiple international time zones.
✔ Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to offer.
