Talent Acquisition Associate

Mission

At Flabelus, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to lead and scale our recruitment processes internationally, ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our culture, business needs, and growth strategy.
This role is ideal for someone highly proactive, organized, and passionate about people, with experience (2-4 years) in fast-paced retail environments and a strong hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail and HQ positions internationally
• Lead sourcing strategies to attract top talent across different markets
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and organizational needs
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and propose improvements to hiring processes
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies
• Ensure alignment between candidates and Flabelus culture and values

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within retail, fashion, or fast-growing consumer brands
• Strong experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized profile
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English is mandatory
• French is a strong plus
• Immediate availability to start in Madrid
