As Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager/Manager, you'll partner directly with company leaders to understand and fulfill the organization's talent needs through full-cycle recruiting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial search strategy meetings to offer delivery and onboarding. play a pivotal role in identifying and hiring top talent across key business functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to build high-performing teams that drive RC’s success while acting as an ambassador of the company.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other external sources to proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines. Work with the global talent team to identify internal talent for mobility.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Provide expert consultation and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute clear recruitment strategies to achieve hiring goals through accurate forecasting. Assist with the delivery of local talent programs that help drive employee performance, enable growth, and unlock potential—career planning and development, performance and feedback, internal mobility, recognition, succession planning, and more.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Perform weekly and quarterly reporting on hiring goals, using data visualization to track progress. Share labor market insights and conditions with HR team.
  • Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interviews and new hires, adhering to legal compliance and utilizing the internal ATS.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external search firms and temporary agencies for US and global needs.
  • Process Improvement: Drive projects and initiatives to streamline recruitment processes and ensure consistent application of hiring metrics.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with business leaders, HR colleagues, and teams across the organization.

 

***The salary range for this role is $105,000- $135,000 annually. Actual base salary may vary based on: relevant experience, internal equity considerations, and geography. ***

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven record of exceeding hiring targets while prioritizing candidate experience and client management.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and outreach.
  • Strong platform and communication skills with the ability to be effective at negotiation and closing candidates,
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address the needs of the business.
  • Results-oriented with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver against recruiting goals and drive both short-term and long-term initiatives.
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis to inform strategy and achieve hiring goals.
  • Experience managing large, business-critical initiatives with a measurable impact.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to present data to stakeholders and build trust.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Preferably ADP & Success Factors.
  • Strong ability to influence and drive change management.
