Coordinate interviews and manage calendars
Post and maintain vacancies across multiple platforms
Handle candidate communication and follow‑ups
Maintain accurate recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit)
Configure pipelines, workflows, templates & automations
Prepare offer letters and support pre‑employment admin
Generate recruitment reports & track hiring metrics
Keep us compliant with POPIA and record‑keeping standards
✔ Experience: 6 months+ in a similar role
✔Strong administrative skills and some ATS experience (Zoho Recruit a plus!)
✔A passion for HR systems and data
✔ Excellent organisation, multitasking & time management
✔ Sharp eye for detail and accuracy
✔ Confident communicator — written, verbal & email
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Either currently studying or have completed studies in HR/Industrial Psychology or Business Admin qualification
✔ Able to work fulltime on-site
