We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support our Talent Acquisition department with key functions including administration, recruitment, background checks, and office management.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build real-world recruitment skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day administration — maintaining employee records, updating databases, and managing documentation.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts — post job ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
  • Conduct and manage background and reference checks to ensure compliance and candidate integrity.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Contribute to office management — supporting team logistics, supplies, and coordination of HR-related activities.
  • Provide general support to the Recruitment team 
Requirements:
  • Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
