We're looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our growing team. This position combines recruiting coordination, candidate engagement, onboarding support, and office operations, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people while helping drive an exceptional hiring experience.

As a vital member of our team, you'll partner with hiring managers, candidates, and leadership to ensure a seamless recruitment process from application through onboarding. What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments and hiring teams
  • Manage job postings across job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages
  • Review resumes and support candidate sourcing and outreach efforts
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support offer preparation, onboarding logistics, and new hire orientation activities
  • Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, networking opportunities, and employer branding initiatives
  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, candidate engagement, and hiring efficiency
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our company culture and values

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams
  • Assist with employee records management and internal documentation
  • Support office operations, vendor coordination, and workplace organization

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortable building relationships with candidates, employees, and leadership teams
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • High School Diploma or GED (Two years college or equivalent work experience preferred)
  • Three years of related experience or relevant coursework
  • Able to exchange non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate
  • Good oral and written communication skills
