Job Summary:

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping PIHC's future by ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.  This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for key roles, drive sourcing strategy, enhance employer branding, optimize processes, and deliver recruiting metrics and insights to leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of sourcing hard-to-find talent, is highly consultative, and is committed to candidate experience. You'll be the primary point of contact for job applicants, orchestrating interviews, managing our applicant tracking system, and contributing to the overall success of our recruitment efforts. Primary Functions

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the following primary responsibilities:

Candidate Experience & Communication:

•  Serve as the primary point of contact for job applicants, providing timely and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Coordination & Logistics:

• Lead the end-to-end hiring process: from intake meetings and job-requirement discovery, to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding. 
• Build and manage pipelines of candidates for current roles and anticipated future needs Sourcing for applicants to identify qualified candidates.
• Screening resumes and conducting prescreen interviews
• Coordinating recruitment logistics, including preparing interview materials and facilitating on-site or virtual interview setups for various positions across the organization, managing complex calendars for candidates and hiring managers.

Strategic Support & Reporting:

• Proactively target passive candidates and maintain long-term relationships (talent pool) for hard-to-fill roles or growth areas. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and support their hiring goals.
• Generate comprehensive reports on recruitment metrics and activities, providing insights to optimize our hiring process.
• Process Improvement & Compliance: Maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. 

Process Management & Continuous Improvement

• Manage and optimize recruitment processes: applicant tracking systems (ATS), workflow efficiencies, ensuring data integrity, and candidate experience.  
• Monitor recruiting metrics and KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, candidate satisfaction) and produce reports for leadership.  
• Stay abreast of labor market trends, sourcing innovations, and talent acquisition best practices; recommend process enhancements accordingly.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in end to end sourcing and recruitment.
• Desire to gain proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Paylocity.
• Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex schedules, and maintain meticulous records in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrates a professional and empathetic demeanor, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: A natural ability to connect with potential candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
• Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
• Adaptability & Proactiveness: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace change, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
