Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end
recruitment process to ensure timely and quality hiring. The role involves sourcing,
screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and building a strong talent
pipeline to support the organization’s manpower needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from understanding manpower requirements
to on boarding new hires.
● Headhunt from the target brands.
● Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media,
referrals, and professional networks.
● Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidates’
suitability for roles.
● Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
● Maintain candidate data and recruitment dashboards in HR systems.
● Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop effective
recruitment strategies.

● Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions and recurring roles.
● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
● Handle offer management, salary negotiation, and pre-on boarding formalities.
● Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus hiring
when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
● 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (Retal only)
● Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools
(LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring timelines.
● Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
