We are seeking a skilled resources within our benefit change management function. The ideal candidate will be supporting the system design and implementation of 3P supported change management initiatives related to Amazon's benefit program goals and objectives for Non-US countries. Thereby ensuring seamless transition for our critical stakeholders and customers (Employees). The candidate should be proficient in gathering requirements and converting them into technical specs, understanding the HRIS management systems (Non US benefits Domain) and working with 3P vendors to get the changes implemented.
Key job responsibilities
Regular connects with Internal (Program and benefit managers) and external (Vendors, insurers, providers - Non US benefits) stakeholders
Collecting Benefit requirements - understanding of employee Benefit offering across APAC, LATAM and European region
Converting requirements in to technical specifications
Working knowledge (Configuration, BRD and Payroll spec) of 3P benefit vendor platforms like Darwin, TBA.
Implementing/Launching new countries and sites
Coordinating and conducting UAT, test scenario creation.

About the team
International Product support team manages employee benefits across rest of world countries
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities
- Experience performing complex business case analysis to justify technical decisions and presenting the justification to management in a high-level review
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network
- Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (agile to waterfall)
- • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in executing product feature change requests/technology roadmap from requirement gathering to go live
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Experience in providing consultation and guidance on leave of absence, human resources, benefits, or complex employee matters
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related discipline
