1. Learning Needs Analysis and Planning: 10%
• Conduct needs analysis activities/conversations with key stakeholders in the scope of learning programs (English, NHO, LMS, Professional Skills, etc.) to initiate the Learning/Operation solution creation with coaching.
2. Learning/Operation Solution Creation: 20%
• Lead or support work streams of needs assessment activities, use appropriate approaches to gather data/information based on audience, purpose, scope, timeframe, etc. to support the business requirements based on the priority defined by the leadership by utilizing the help from internal teams and/or vendors, if required. Trouble-shoot issues in daily learning/operation programs and identify solutions independently.
• Set up needs assessment strategy and lead team to conduct thorough needs assessment activities to generate a business case with clear metrics; initiate and facilitate conversations with stakeholders to make business decisions with limited coaching.
• Support the team with workshop modules based on business requirements, with defined objectives, quality content, flow and structure, and according to the standards and deadlines. Effectively execute and coordinate schedules with trainees.
3. Learning/Operation Solution Implementation: 40%
• Coach team on learning/operation solution implementation process (e.g. module design and development, process design and development, vendor research, selection and negotiations)
• Report problems/improvements to curriculum leads/supervisors and assist them to find solutions and drive execution.
• Report to mentor/supervisor when the question/request is beyond the scope (responsibilities and capabilities) and assist mentor/supervisor to gather information, explore alternatives and make decisions.
• Implement (or oversee implementation of) the designed solutions and plan, and ensure sustained follow-through until achievement of success picture (learning objectives and success metrics).
• Manage course development and stakeholders ensuring that project timelines are met or modified after consultation with supervisors.
• Develop courses using the tools Storyline and Captivate as per project requirements
• Facilitate workshops/learning activities with advanced facilitation skills (i.e. follow the standard facilitator guide/outline, and be able to adapt activities/plan/style in the moment based on real situations and learners’ needs.
4. Daily Learning/Operation Program Management: 30%
• Update and maintain learning reports for all programs and build dashboards for stakeholders.
• Contribute towards LMS administration and resolution.
• Send course notification and communication to invite learners to learning activities based on procedure/templates.
• Coordinate workshop/learning activities arrangement with facilitators and learners to provide sufficient logistical support for workshop/learning activities (e.g., classroom setup, material printing, teaching prop management, feedback gathering, etc.).
• Independently facilitate workshops (groups of 16 or more) with activities and at the appropriate pace. Be flexible enough to be able to gauge trainee learning pace and adjust speed/focal areas accordingly.
• Support learning resources management, including procedure updates, learning resource uploading, folder management, etc. to ensure operational efficiency.
• Effectively schedule 121 sessions with trainees and communicate with the management if the program rules are not followed. Audit emails on defined parameters (e.g., grammar, sentence construction, content, structure, insurance-related tasks, etc.). Input assessment scores according to defined criteria.
• In charge of workshop/learning activities implementation process, track data, summarize observations and document files as per procedure.
• Maintain and share periodic progress reports with the learner’s and their supervisors as per procedure.
• Always maintain an open channel of communication with stakeholders.
• Strong capability to identify key improvement areas and provide direct feedback to trainees to drive performance according to targets. Be able to analyze assessment data to identify low performers / gaps, root causes, and implement solutions to meet performance targets.
• Be flexible to work on ad hoc team projects as per the requirement across various shift timings.
• Be available to work from the office premises or work from home as per requirement.
