Job Responsibilities
 

1. Talent Development & Learning Operations

  • Support the end‑to‑end delivery of learning and talent development programmes, including orientation, soft skills, leadership, and enterprise initiatives.

  • Manage training logistics and coordination, including scheduling, venues, materials, facilitators, attendance tracking, and post‑programme evaluations.

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records, attendance, and completion data in Workday Learning.

  • Facilitate programmes such as Weekly New Hire Orientation and selected learning workshops, as assigned.

  • Ensure all programmes are delivered in accordance with established SOPs, governance requirements, and audit standards.

2. Programme Design & Learning Content Support

  • Research, develop, and curate training materials, presentations, and courseware, including instructor‑led and digital learning content.

  • Convert classroom materials into online, blended, or micro‑learning formats in support of digital learning initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external providers to ensure learning content is current, relevant, and aligned to business needs.

  • Support the preparation of learner guides, facilitator decks, evaluation tools, and supporting documentation.

3. Learning Systems, Data & Reporting

  • Administer learning programmes within Workday Learning, including course setup, enrolments, completion tracking, and reporting.

  • Maintain an accurate and current training calendar on SharePoint and other designated platforms.

  • Assist with learning data analysis and reporting, including participation rates, compliance completion, utilisation and programme effectiveness insights.

  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and filing of TD&M materials in accordance with governance guidelines.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as a key point of contact for Team Members, department trainers, and administrators on learning‑related queries (e.g. enrolments, schedules, training logistics, SkillsFuture funding matters).

  • Brief internal trainers and managers on Workday Learning processes, system usage, and support requirements.

  • Source, coordinate, and liaise with external training vendors, including collating proposals, scheduling programmes, and managing logistics.

  • Draft and disseminate professional programme communications, reminders, and post‑programme follow‑ups.

5. Learning Communications, Engagement & Events

  • Support training communications by drafting short features, updates, and content to showcase learning initiatives and events.

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that promote a continuous learning culture across the organization through learning events

6. Continuous Improvement & Ad‑hoc Support

  • Assist in process improvement, digitisation, and documentation within the TD&M function.

  • Support enterprise HR and talent initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Education, Business, or a related discipline

  • Experience supporting LMS / Workday Learning or similar platforms is strongly preferred

  • Certification such as ACTA / ACLP is an advantage


Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management or related field


Other Prerequisites

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail

  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards (Excel proficiency required)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Self‑starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

  • Passion for learning, capability building, and employee development
