As a key player in our talent strategy, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with business leaders, and help shape the future of our workforce. This is more than just hiring—it’s about building a legacy of excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with leadership on recruitment strategy & plan
  • Consulting headcount business plan for alignment Confirming & ratifying process standards & protocols
  • Complies with policies, procedures & legislation in the recruitment process    
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information (POPIA)
  • Coaches, trains & guides subordinate staff    
  • Executing training for the organization WRT recruitment policy & procedures
  • Determining priorities of the recruitment team
  • Arranging and conducting interviews for selected categories of staff    
  • Monitors the quality & integrity of the recruitment and selection process    
  • Approving the contents of advertisements
  • Monitoring the quality of candidates on shortlists
  • Monitoring recruitment process compliance
  • Collaborating with external service providers
  • Initiates system for onboarding and arranges for administrative support for onboarding events
  • Maintaining data & records of employees & events
  • Maintaining metrics  
  • Initiates & participates in special recruitment projects    
  • Monitors & facilitates a smooth functioning Recruitment process    
  • Monitors the integrity of data in systems   
  • Participates in post-recruitment reviews 

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology or related field (NQF 7)
  • At least 6 years of comprehensive experience in recruitment and selection processes
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with MS Office products 

Additional Requirements

  • Experience with SAP Success Factors recruitment and onboarding modules (an advantage)
  • LinkedIn recruiting
  • Using job boards for recruitment (Pnet, Indeed, Careers24)
  • Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995
  • Employment Equity Act No. 55 of 1998
  • Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA)
