As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for executing recruitment marketing initiatives that strengthen Schneider Electric's employer brand and attract top talent across priority markets and talent segments. As a member of the Global Employer Brand team, you bring Schneider Electric's employer brand to life through compelling campaigns, content, and talent attraction initiatives that build awareness, inspire engagement, and drive candidate action. You develop and activate multi-channel marketing strategies that connect talent to Schneider Electric's purpose, values, culture, and career opportunities while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance across the brand-to-hire funnel. Applying your expertise, you’ll drive measurable talent attraction outcomes and continuously evaluate and enhance campaign effectiveness. Your work directly contributes to employer brand visibility, talent audience engagement, and the growth of Schneider Electric's talent ecosystem. What will you do? 1. Talent Segment Recruitment Marketing Own recruitment marketing initiatives for assigned talent segments, developing attraction strategies aligned with global talent priorities Build a deep understanding of target talent audiences, market trends, and candidate behaviors to inform campaign and content development Translate talent attraction objectives into targeted recruitment marketing initiatives that increase awareness, engagement, and action among prospective talent Partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to align marketing efforts with strategic workforce priorities 2. Campaign Development and Execution Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels, events, and digital platforms Manage campaign planning, content calendars, and deployment activities Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns that support talent attraction objectives Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement across the brand-to-hire journey 3. Stakeholder Collaboration and Innovation Partner with Talent Attraction, Communications, Marketing, and business stakeholders to support global employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives Collaborate closely with the Global Employer Brand team to ensure alignment on messaging, priorities, and strategic objectives Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide recruitment marketing expertise and guidance Contribute innovative ideas, best practices, and continuous improvement opportunities that enhance talent attraction effectiveness Scope of Role Focus: Talent attraction, recruitment marketing, employer brand activation, and audience engagement Primary Domain: Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand Geographic Reach: Global, supporting enterprise-wide employer brand and talent attraction priorities across assigned talent segments Operating Model: Acts as the recruitment marketing owner for designated talent segments, translating Schneider Electric's employer brand strategy into targeted attraction campaigns, content, and audience engagement initiatives What qualifications will make you successful?
