Job Description : 
  • Assist in the creation and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Manage job postings across various job boards, social media platforms, and career websites.
  • Help manage Reviews on Google My Business pages and generate Linkedin followers.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to engage potential candidates.
  • Utilize basic Canva skills for content creation.
  • Help plan creative content for upcoming special occasions 2-3 months in advance.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the accurate representation of client job openings.
  • Design and write engaging content for job descriptions, social media posts, newsletters, and other recruitment-related materials.
  • Monitor and track the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates through email marketing, social media, and other channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment marketing trends and best practices.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, including creating content that highlights company culture and values.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide support throughout the recruitment process.


Requirements

Skills : 
  • A recent undergraduate /graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and marketing.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software (Applicant Tracking Systems, Job Boards) is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
