About the Role
Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is seeking an experienced and driven Social Media Recruiter to develop and launch a comprehensive social media recruiting program targeting paramedics and nurses.
This role is critical to our growth. During the first several months, the primary focus will be building a scalable social media recruiting strategy from the ground up. You will also support broader HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media recruiting program
- Build recruiting strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
- Identify and attract top healthcare talent
- Create and manage recruiting content and campaigns
- Track metrics and optimize performance
Recruiting & Talent Management:
- Support full recruitment lifecycle
- Partner with leadership on staffing needs
- Manage job postings and candidate communications
HR General Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and orientation
- Coordinate offboarding procedures
- Support workers’ compensation administration
- Assist with employee benefits and insurance coordination
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Support HR compliance and policy implementation
- Assist with employee relations
- Coordinate training initiatives
- Support HR reporting and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Healthcare recruiting experience (required)
- Social media recruiting expertise
- Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok
- Strong communication and organizational skills
